Our employees are Atlas Services’ greatest asset, and maintaining a safe work environment for our employees is a continuous priority. Atlas Services is extremely proud of the many safety awards we have received in recognition of our safety education and training programs.
We are proud of the fact our field supervision has an average of over 19 years tenure with our company, and our field operators and laborers over 11 years. Despite the length of service, we continue to stress a culture of safety throughout our organization. Results of this commitment to safety can be seen in the significant improvement in our yearly experience modifier rate.
